Be sure to mark your calendars for this year’s Oktoberfest, which is sure to outdo last year’s – as it just keeps getting better. There’ll be plenty of German festivities, including the stellar musical act, Alpine Village Band, and plenty of German food and drink. We encourage everyone to come dressed as Bavarian as you’ve got ‘em, so break out your lederhosen and hats.

This Sunday, September 20, in the KayCee Club Lounge, we are having the first Boys Knight Out of the season. Great drink specials, complimentary food, and door prizes should be sufficient to have you come support your organization as the Dallas Cowboys take on the New York Football Giants.

Come with a Brother Knight, bring a prospective member, or yes, bring your wife or girlfriend. We’ll see you there.

An informal information and orientation meeting to be held this coming Monday,
September 21, at our Council Hall. The Hall is located a 10110 Shoreview Road.
The meeting will begin at 6:30, and will last approximately 40 minutes.

A First Degree Ceremonial will be held at our Council Hall on Tuesday, September 22.
Please consider taking the time to be in attendance as we welcome these new Knights.

Ask a Catholic friend or co-worker to consider joining the order.

Qualifications for membership are that you are male, over 18 years of age, and a practical Catholic.

The history, activities, and reponsibilities of being a Knights are presented. There will be ample
time for Q & A.

At the conclusion, a short tour of the facilities is offered, followed by a visit to the KayCee Club Lounge.
The drinks will be complimentary, of course.
