Now that we are in the new fraternal year, we need to get a good start.

Be sure to encourage people you know to become Knights. We have a First Degree on July 13 at 7:30.

Orientation for this degree will be held on July 12 at 6:30. An orientation is required to join, so be sure to plan to attend.

Consider contacting a friend or acquaintance about the possibility of joining our order.

An information and orientation meeting to be held on Monday, April 5, at our Council Hall.

A First Degree Ceremonial is scheduled for Tuesday, April 13.

Qualifications for membership are that you are male, over 18 years of age, and a practical Catholic.

Form 100’s will be available at the meeting.

The meeting will begin at 6:30, and will last approximately 40 minutes.

The history, activities, and responsibilities of being a Knight are presented.

There will be ample time for Q & A.

At the conclusion, a short tour of the facilities is offered.

Funeral to be held Wednesday, December 30 10:30 am, at St. Patrick’s.

On June 23, our council held a First Degree Ceremony and added 29 new members! Thanks to all of the current members who got the word out and to John Bane for his hard work. The total number of new members this fraternal year (ending June 30) is 115-ish.

And to the new members, we welcome you aboard. Please make it a point to come out the July 4th Celebration (for fun, to volunteer, or both).

As many of you know, the Great 799 is approaching 100 new members this fraternal year. KC799 members are encouraged to attend the ceremony at 7:30 pm on June 23 and meet the new members over a few cold ones afterwards.
